We cannot account for your personal health, local environment, or current conditions. Always use your best judgment, follow local laws, and prioritize your physical safety and the safety of others when engaging in any suggested activities.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Offline mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and Offline. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the app.
The app allows you to create custom activities, descriptions, and add images. You retain full ownership of any content you create. However, you are solely responsible for your content. You must not create, store, or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. We reserve the right to restrict app functionality if these guidelines are violated.
Offline operates on a local-first model, meaning your data lives on your device and not on our servers. Consequently, you are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. While we provide a built-in Export/Import feature to facilitate manual backups, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, software bugs, or accidental hardware damage.
The app is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that its suggestions will be suitable for every user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offline and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss of data, arising out of your use or inability to use the app or your performance of any suggested offline activities.
